The Nokia N8 has made a pre-order appearance on the Nokia Online US site claiming that the device will hits those shores by the end of September at the latest. The Nokia N8 is a 3.5-inch smartphone running Symbian^3 and rocking up with a 12-Megapixel camera. Prices in Europe have been around 450 Euros for the Nokia N8 but with a list price of $549 SIM free, Nokia should be in a solid position to start selling the Nokia N8 come the end of September.

The arrival of the Nokia N8 pre-order page in the US has come as something of a surprise, as the US market tends to work a little closer with telcos but the ability to buy a SIM free device and go with whichever carrier you wish will be mighty tempting for those who are keen to be the first to get their hands on the mighty Nokia N8.
