Nokia C7 Leaked, Looks Official To Us! Along with the hotly anticipated Nokia N8, the Nokia C7 is a smartphone we can't wait to get our hands on, with a distinctive design and a high-end feature set. Nokia has been pretty tight lipped about its new mid-range handset, however, so read on to find out five top facts about the Nokia C7...

The Nokia C7 uses a whole new design language to set it apart from its siblings, with rounded edges and a pebble like shape. There's also a large touchscreen for browsing the web and navigating the operating system. What else does the Nokia C7 have to offer though?

Symbian ^3

As with the upcoming Nokia N8, the Nokia C7 will feature the latest Symbian ^3 operating system. With multiple home screens, loads of great apps and an easy to use menu system, it's a great choice for those upgrading to their first smartphone.

8-Megapixel camera

Although it can't quite match the headline-grabbing Nokia N8's 12-Megapixel snapper, the Nokia C7 still boasts a perfectly adequate 8-Megapixel camera. It should be more than good enough to take snaps when you're out and about, and there's also a dual flash for indoors action.

Slimline chassis

The Nokia C7 looks more than a little similar to the Nokia E72 in profile, despite the lack of QWERTY keypad. That means it's a slimline handset, with a depth of around 10mm and boasts a tough metal and plastic body that promises to live up to daily knocks.

Touchscreen display

As with most modern handsets, the Nokia C7 features a full touchscreen display. At 3.5 inches, it strikes a good balance between usability and portability, being easily large enough to browse the internet on the move. It's a capacitive panel, offering quick responses. With AMOLED technology, it also offers impressive colour reproduction.

Connectivity

Despite being a mid-range model, the Nokia C7 offers great connectivity. It features the fastest current Wi-Fi adapter – with 802.11n present, and it's also the first Nokia to feature Bluetooth 3.0 – offering faster data transfer speeds than older versions of Bluetooth. You'll also find 3G/HSDPA connectivity in place for fast web browsing.
