The main menu in UK Headlines couldn't be simpler – with a list of the country's biggest tabloid newspapers on offer. Click on the one you're interested in, and it'll give you a full list of updates – working like an RSS feed.
Along with the headlines, you'll also be able to read the first paragraph of each story within UK Headlines. If you want to read on, simply click the story. This automatically opens your Nokia's web browser, taking you to the newpaper's full web page.
Browsing headlines works well, and it's very fast. The app could be improved a lot by the inclusion of more newspapers, however.
At present, you can only read headlines from the Express, the Mail Online, the Telegraph, the Daily Star, the Mirror and the Sun. There are no broadsheets – such as the Guardian or the Independent.
Overall then, UK Headlines is a neat app, but it could be better. There's nothing wrong with the functionality on offer, but it is let down by a lack of newspapers.
