Nokia Internet Radio for Symbian S60 5th Edition is an app that lets you use your Nokia's internet connection to listen to radio stations from all over the world. If you're on a limited data plan, it's worth sticking to Wi-Fi, otherwise you'll end up with a big phone bill.
Open the app and you'll be presented with a huge array of music types – from Indie and Alternative, to Folk and Country music. If you think the list of music types is big, wait till you see the amount of stations on offer!
There are thousands of stations available through Nokia Internet Radio – from established stations in India, to student radio stations in Aberdeen.
Click on the station you want, and music starts immediately. Along with the name of the station, you'll also get the name of the artist and song. If you like what you hear, you can head straight over to Nokia's Music Store to download or buy songs.
Although you can search for specific stations – or even enter the web address, the biggest problem with Nokia Internet Radio is the amount of choice on offer. It would be nice if the results could be split down into countries – music does tend to be cultural, after all, and it can be frustrating searching through hundreds of entries that have no relevance.
