Nokia N8: Angry Birds Tried and Tested!

Ever since we first got our hands on Angry Birds Lite on the Nokia N8, we've been waiting for the full version to hit the Ovi Store. Now it's here, we've coughed up the £3, and downloaded one of the greatest games ever. Read on for our first impressions...

It's a shame that Angry Birds isn't free, but your £3 does get you 105 levels – as opposed to the six offered in Angry Birds Lite, and from first impressions it's well worth it.

We'll be bringing you a full review of Angry Birds once we've made our way through a few more of the 105 levels – we've currently only had it for a couple of hours, and it's difficult to justify several hours of playing Angry Birds as 'work'.

Angry Birds Lite Review

Those that have played Angry Birds Lite will find the full version immediately familiar – we thought the first level was actually the same – but once you play on it's quickly apparent that the levels are completely different, and a lot more imaginative.

And, as with Angry Birds Lite, Angry Birds remains one of the most addictive games around – and one that we can easily imagine playing even once it's been completed.

We'll let you know what the later levels are like during the week, but in the meantime check out our Angry Birds photo gallery below:
