For the most part, the update is a minor update, improving stability and the overall usability of the Nokia C3 handset but still it's an essential firmware update. The  Nokia C3 v07.20 firmware update is the latest software overall for the phone and brings with it a few system updates, such as better region and country maps as well as improved performance.

You can get hold of the Nokia C3 v07.20 firmware update Over The Air (OTA) by typing *#0000# into the phone or heading to the Device Manager. The Nokia C3 v07.20 firmware update can also be had by hooking your phone up to your PC and using the Nokia Software Updater (NSU).

    Hi, i updated to version 07.2

    I have noticed that one can now upload any picture from the mobile phone to facebook.

    However, as soon as i installed this version, the photos on websites are not showing. For ex. on Facebook…i cannot see the pictures…just a box.

    Do you think another software update will fix this??

    Hi, i hav installed v07.20 on my nokia c3-00 handset bt nw no application downloaded by me is working.. Can u help?? I downloaded the applications from ovi store bt still they are not working..

    Today i have made the update to version 07.20 on my Nokia C3, everything is working ok, improved speed, i also tested a aplication called spb tv wap version which provide a long list of online chanels, also who works excelent, i heard that there are problems wuth updating, it may be also the origin of product, mine is made in Romania, and everything is working ok!

    Ive been trying to find a way to update \my software on My Nokia C3 to this V. 7.20 that Ive heard is way Great! .. I live in Canada and the V. 4.6 still will not allow My phone to use Wifi whatsover! The Nokia sofware updater says that V. 4.6 is the latest Version!
    How do I find a Free Software updater that will update My phones software to V. 7.2???

    I have had the same problem with my C3 after I updated to V07.20, none of my games nor applications worked anymore, ended up reformatting my memory card which fixed the problem with it not recognizing the games but it still won’t open mxit even though I’ve downloaded the latest version as well as older versions to try out.

    hi guys! im from the Philippines and my C3 phone was made in India. My C3 phone is always hang up and turns off every time i watched a video. when i turn it on, i looked at the memory card and saw a BGSA_upload in it and it multiplies every time it off’s. the hard part is, it cannot be deleted i thought it was a bug. my version is still 4.60 and i was afraid to update it because there many complaints with regards the new version of the firmware. how can i be sure that this 7.20 will normalized the function of my phone? do i have to go to nokia care center for updates? is our country ready for updates on air so that i can do it just in my phone? please help me with my concerns. thank you.

    hi. i also face the same thing on my nokia c3.Third party software not available and mail app not working.But unlike other replies i am going to give you a solution.
    Nokia new firmvare version i.e 7.2 currently block 3rd party software downloads.It only supports applications from ovi store.There is an installation process going on in ovi when we download an app which make it usable.so if you want to use a third party app all you hav to do is download it to pc then just copy that app to your memmory card or to phone memory which will work
    Next about the mail app.
    I am a user from india and using the connection idea.when i updated my phone software i also lost my email app.
    But yesterday when i requested for new internet setting i found in its items supported list, settings for nokia visual radio,nokia communities,nokia mail etc i set it as my configuration and used mail.At that time it was working.So you all want a propper internet settings containing settings for nokia mail to make mail app to work.Or you can configure it manually like you do on office outlook.
    If u face anyproblem in using nokia c3. I will be happy to help you.

    jus remember these things:
    1.connect ur c3 with data cable thru ur pc and copy and paste applications and games.
    2.don’t send through bluetooth or by send to option.

    my nokia c3 gt hung up n wen i switched it on everything gt deleted from apps to games to contacts to messages to themes to ringtones to internet….dunno what to do…help any1???

    I am sure there are some bugs in the updated version v7.20 in Nokia C3 firmware and I also faced the problems like two Communities icon in the main menu and the the downloaded applications such as games and softwares downloaded from Internet through my mobile are not working showing “NO SUCH CLASS FOUND” and I am waiting for the Next firmware update from NOKIA INDIA …..     And I wanna ask you something,I have problem with communities everytime I try to use communities it just writes me ” Network Connection problem.Try again later.” But my wifi connection is doing well so I don’t understand..Can somebody help me ?

    After Updating my Nokia C3 to V 08.70 I lost my favorite app “Communities” which I used to log in to my Facebook & Twitter plus now on the middle of my Personalized View where Communities use to be it shows “Waiting” all the time. Please help me get back Communities I was very much happy with the old version don’t why I updated it in the first place.
