Swype is an app for texting, and it replaces the standard QWERTY keypad on your Nokia N8 or Nokia C7. Instead of pressing individual keys, with Swype you simply press the first button, and then swipe your finger across all the others, until you've traced a word.
Because you don't have to lift your finger from the screen, it's a lot quicker than a regular touchscreen QWERTY, and we also find it a lot more accurate. Even if you miss out the occasional letter, or swipe over the wrong one, Swype always seems to come to the rescue.
In short, Swype has changed the way we use our Nokia N8 and Nokia C7. Words don't do this excellent app justice, however, so check out Swype in action below:
