It's been a while since we've heard anything about the Nokia X5-01 – a QWERTY smartphone that promises to sit at the affordable end of Nokia's X series.
There's no touchscreen on the Nokia X5-01 – unlike the latest range of devices such as the Nokia C7, Nokia C3 Touch and Type or Nokia N8 – but you'll still find the fully featured Symbian S60 3rd Edition OS in place.
Features on the Nokia X5-01 include a 2.4-inch screen, a 5-Megapixel camera with an LED flash, and a microSD reader that supports up to 32GB of additional storage.
According to Tech2, the Nokia X5-01 is about to be launched in India, with Viral Oza – the head of Activation, Media and Online Marketing at Nokia India stating:
“This device cites a perfect example of the company’s commitment to developing innovative devices keeping in mind the consumer aspirations.”
