No, we had no idea that Nokia was working on the Nokia X7-00 either but the video of the device showcasing the smartphone running Symbian^3 OS and handling 'Need For Speed' with ease is enough to get us all excited.
From what we can tell, aside from being something of a gaming wonder, the Nokia X7-00 has a polished metal body that takes its design cues from the Nokia N8 but with a more cut trim, think of it as an updated take on the Nokia X6. Read our Nokia X6 Gaming Review
Other factors are the 4-inch AMOLED screen, akin to that found on the Nokia E7, along with the customary 360 x 640-pixel resolution. Other factors are scarce at this time but the camera is clearly an 8-Megapixel CCD with Dual-LED Flash, keeping it firmly in line with the current Nokia trend.
Closer examination of the Nokia X7-00 reveals it to have four Homescreens instead of the useual three, so Nokia is still heavily developing the Symbian^3 OS. So, what do you think?
