We've seen some stunning apps from Nokia Beta Labs – with Nokia Situations currently at the top of the list. Wellness Diary is another new app, and it helps you to keep track of your daily routine in order to improve your health.
With Wellness Diary, you'll be able to enter various details – such as what you eat, and set yourself targets. You'll be able to track how far you've walked, for instance, keep an eye on your BMI, and even see how much sleep you've had.
You can set targets such as a daily step allowance, with the sensors in your Nokia keeping an eye on what you're up to throughout the week.
Wellness Diary can tell you how many calories your exercise should have burned off, and everything is presented in neat and easy to read charts or graphs.
We haven't had the chance to put Wellness Diary through its paces yet, but we'll be trying it out in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for our full Wellness Diary review.
