We've had the Nokia C3 for a few months now, and it's turning out to be one of the best entry-level handsets on the market. To find out why, join us after the break...
The Nokia C3 sits at the affordable end of Nokia's mobile handset range, and it's also an incredibly accomplished device.
We've been living with one for the past few months, and it's more than capable in nearly every situation.
The QWERTY form factor offers a large hardware keypad below the display, yet the entire phone is still smaller than many touchscreen devices.
The keyboard is our favourite part of the Nokia C3. The buttons may be very close together, but they're raised in the centres, and offer quick responses, making it easy to type long emails or text messages at speed.
The build quality on the Nokia C3 also impresses, with a coloured aluminium backplate, and robust plastics in other places. Overall, it feels like a device that costs far more than it actually does.
The Nokia C3 also has the specs to back up its impressive hardware, offering Wi-Fi for fast web browsing and downloads, Bluetooth for wireless digital file transfers, and support for microSD cards of up to 8GB.
The S40 operating system is easy to use, and integrated software includes email wizards for setting up accounts such as Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Windows Live, Hotmail and more.
The Nokia C3 may lack the high-end features of devices like the Nokia C7 or Nokia N8, but if you're just looking for a simple device to make phone calls and send text messages or emails, then it's well worth a look.
