We may only have had the good-looking Nokia C6-01 in our hands for just over a month, but we certainly haven't wasted any time delving deep into its many talents across a wide range of reviews. Here we bring everything together in one easy-to-digest summary. Let's take a closer look at our Nokia C6-01 review roundup.

Just to remind you, the Nokia C6-01 is the smallest Symbian^3 handset yet, boasting a 3.2-in touchscreen display, but there's nothing small about its list of capabilities.

Nokia C6-01 Unboxing Review

No matter how often we get to do it, it's still exciting unboxing a new Nokia we haven't come across before and peering at the bounty inside for the first time.

The Nokia C6-01 feels satisfyingly weighty when you first take it in your hands, and the metal bezel surrounding the screen combines with the aluminium backplate to give the Nokia C6-01 a premium feel that belies its mid-range price tag.

Nokia C6-01 Review

This may be the cheapest Symbian^3 handset Nokia has produced to date, but you wouldn't think so from using it.

The Nokia C6-01's 3.2in AMOLED displays is one of the best we've seen on any Nokia, and you struggle to find anywhere where Nokia has obviously skimped in a bid to keep the cost down. In fact, probably the only disappointment at all spec-wise is the limited internal storage of just 340MB.

Nokia C6-01 Review: Build Quality

Just like all the other Symbian^3 phones we've looked at, the Nokia C6-01 really impresses when it comes to build quality. It may not have quite the high-end sturdiness of the Nokia N8 - Nokia has fitted a cheaper plastic display on the Nokia C6-01, rather than the glass panels found on the Nokia C7 and Nokia N8.

The fiddly buttons running down the side of the Nokia C6-01 are the only downside to what is otherwise a well-built and satisfyingly sturdy handset.

Nokia C6-01 Review: Keyboard and Texting

You'd think the smaller 3.2in screen on the Nokia C6-01 would mean a sacrifice in usability over the larger displays found on the likes of the Nokia N8, but surprisingly in some ways it's the opposite. The smaller overall size makes the Nokia C6-01 easier to hold in landscape mode than its larger siblings, and typing feels more natural, especially when using Swype.

One frustration we did encounter, though, was having to press a menu button every time we wanted to access a minor character, instead of the press-and-hold arrangement we're used to.

Nokia C6-01 Review: Camera

If you're familiar with other Nokia smartphones you'll be pleased to hear that Nokia has kept faith with the convenient shutter release button on the side that takes you straight into the Nokia C6-01's camera with a single press whatever you're busy with.

And with a high-quality 8-megapixel snapper on board, it's a button we reckon you'll be using on a regular basis. Thanks to Nokia's full focus technology on board, there's next to no lag at all between pressing the button and taking the photo, and we were impressed with the results across the board.

Nokia C6-01 Review: Software and Interface

One of the major advantages to having Symbian^3 on board is that it allows you to have multiple homescreens, letting you keep a full spectrum of functions and features within easy reach at all times.

The Notifications widget and the presence of threaded text messaging have been two particular favourites from our time with the Nokia C6-01, and the pinch-to-zoom feature is a handy addition for zooming into photos, web pages and the like.

Nokia C6-01 Review: Music Player

As with most handsets, the earphones bundled with the Nokia C6-01 are decent enough but hardly an audiophile's dream. That said, it's a full 3.5mm audio jack, so hooking up your own is no problem.

There are no dedicated music buttons on the Nokia C6-01, but add a music player shortcut to the the home screen and you'll hardly miss them. Handily, plug in an SD card and the Nokia C06-01 will automatically port your tunes into the Music Library without you having to go searching for them.

Nokia C6-01 Review: Gaming

The Nokia C6-01 is quite the all-rounder, so you won't be too surprised to hear that gaming is another string to its multi-talented bow. Thankfully, there are plenty of decent Symbian^3 titles to keep you happy for a while.

Whether we were playing Angry Birds or Avatar HD, the Nokia C6-01's graphics performance was superb, and its multi-touch interface proved accurate and responsive no matter how intensively we needed to use it.
