Click on your Nokia N8's menu button to get started. Then click on Settings. Unusually, you don't want to head to the Themes menu – instead click on Application Manager.

Click on Installed Applications, and scroll down until you see the names of the themes you want to delete. Tap the theme, and continue to hold your finger on the screen until a sub menu pops up. Click on Uninstall, and the theme will be deleted.
