The Nokia E7-00 has landed on the NokNok desk and we have to admit it looks amazing! Any fears that the 4-inch screen may be a little large have been washed away, as it looks and feels better than we'd ever hoped! Check out what it looks like with our Nokia E7 unboxing review.
The Nokia E7-00 hit pre-order status in the UK recently so it's perfect timing that this messenger device should land in the NokNok nest. The Nokia E7-00 consists of a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display that also happens to be AMOLED and come with a CBD (ClearBlack Display) coating. This makes it one of the most technically advanced screens in the smartphone ecosystem right now. And you know what, we simply can't stop smiling at how great the whole package looks and feels.

The aluminium body of the Nokia E7-00 has the same look and feel as the Nokia N8 but there are clear differences, the Menu button has been made central, rather than off to the side, while the 8-Megapixel camera on the back means it's sleeker and slimmer than the 12-Megapixel housing on the Nokia N8.
Then there are subtle changes, such as the zoom dials for the camera and volume control, rather than rocker buttons, and the SIM card insertion slot is also aluminium and has as an attention to detail all its own.
As you'll see from the images below, the Nokia E7-00 comes pre-packed with the firmware update PR1.1, so you'll find everything in tip-top condition. Nokia also informed us this was the full UK software load on the device, as well as a couple of surprises, so we'll be checking those out too.
Split the Nokia E7 apart and you'll find the full QWERTY keyboard, which feels as though it's been tested to death, it feels that accomplished. We've only tested it out for a short while but already find it comfortable and a real pleasure to use. We have to admit, this may all come over as a little over the top, but the Nokia E7-00 simply over delivers. Don't believe us?
