Wagamama does some amazing meals and if you're in the mood for one either for lunch or for take-out tonight, then why not check out the Wagamama App. We've downloaded on our Nokia E7 but it works just as well on the Nokia N8 or Nokia C7. Check out our Wagamama App on Nokia E7 review.
The Wagamama App can be viewed as a portable menu allowing you to choose what you want from the restaurant chains wide range, place and order then set off and collect it in good time. The interface is simple and clean and looks pretty much like a menu you'll find on the tables.

The main page consists of the restaurant you wish to order from, as well as the pickup time to suit you. This is set in 15 minutes increments from when you place your order so it'll always be a time that suits you best.
Choosing a restaurant is easy, you can enter a postcode or use the GPS built into your Nokia E7. We were a little annoyed that while the app connects using Wi-Fi, when it comes to tapping into the GPS it switches to your data connection, something you may need to be aware of if you're on a limited account.
The menu itself is nicely broken up into the various options, from teppan and kare noodle, to ramen, salads and even extras and drinks. Tap on any one and you can see what's on offer, with a good description of what it consists of. However, the thumbnail photos are exactly that – we'd have liked them to open bigger so we can see what the dish looks like.
Want to know how many times you're ordering take-out? The Recents tab can help you keep tabs on what you've been getting up to. Meanwhile, if you're one of those people who always order the same thing you'll like the addition of Favourites, so you can simply go directly to what you like the most.
Placing an order isn't too bad but the app itself feels a little under-cooked. You can't manually Exit for instance, so you need to do it from the Options tab in Symbian^3, which is worth doing to close the connection and save yourself from it running in the background.
The Wagamama app makes full use of the big screen on the Nokia E7 but there is a problem before you even start trying to place an order, it only works in Portrait mode, which can be a bit of a pain when trying to use the Nokia E7 keyboard at the same time.
The Wagamama App feels as though it's very much a work in progress. It needs to work out and streamline it's connection method, add Landscape mode and generally be a little more intuitive to use.
