The rumour mongers have got it wrong again, as it seems the Nokia launch event marked for Athens on 17th May won't feature Nokia Windows Phone devices in any shape or form. Instead, we can expect a brace of Nokia smartphones running the Symbian Anna operating system. Read on to find out more.
While everyone else seemed to jump on the launch of a possible Nokia Windows Phone launch as though it were the last bottle of beer at some press function, we were right to take a wider view of the whole event.
It seems Nokia has been in touch sites proclaiming Windows Phone was a dead cert and put them straight - Nokia Windows Phone won't be making an appearance next week. Rather, it's a local event for Nokia X7 and Nokia E6 for the local market.
