If someone had to give you a brand spanking new Nokia N9 tomorrow, what would be the first thing you'd do with it? Well, everyone's different of course, but we'd bet not many people would go looking for a screwdriver so they could take it apart.

Fortunately, even if you were tempted to see if this buttonless beauty is as attractive on the inside as on the outside, you won't have to rip one apart yourself to find out. That's because a Nokia insider has just posted the entire Level 1/2 Care Academy service manual for the Nokia N9 online.

You can check it out for yourself in PDF form, but in essence the manual shows how precisely to disassemble the handset down to its nuts and bolts, and what it looks like without its gorgeous precision-crafted polycarbonate shell.

Our favourite bits are the 'Exploded view' diagrams, where successive layers of finely tuned technology are depicted floating about each other like they've just been... well, exploded.

It's not something we'd every try to replicate ourselves, of course. In fact, we'd say that even thinking about prising open the Nokia N9 is bordering on a crime.

But we'll admit it's a fascinating glimpse at some of the tech inside Nokia's N Series masterpiece all the same.
