Monday may not be your favourite day of the week, but at least there's one reason to look forward to it, and that's Nokia Nuggets, our weekly roundup of the biggest stories we've covered over the past seven days.

And it's been quite an exciting week too, what with the launch of the Nokia 500 and the shake-up of Nokia's naming convention.

But that's not all that's been going on in Nokia's World recently, so read on for a reminder of all the highlights.

Nokia 500 launch

Last week saw the Symbian Anna family expand to a third member with the launch of the exciting new Nokia 500. Featuring a 1GHz processor and an interchangeable battery cover, it's Nokia's answer to all those budget Android handsets out there. We got a closer look in a hands-on video, then sized up the new arrival's features against both the HTC Wildfire S and the Samsung Galaxy Ace.

What's in a name?

The Nokia 500's launch was significant for a second reason too: it ushered in a whole new naming convention, with Nokia ditching the letter-number combination for a numbers-only naming structure. We've taken a closer look at the new system and what it means to you.

Nokia X7 Symbian Anna review

Symbian Anna may be under the spotlight right now because of the Nokia 500, but we're spending plenty of time getting to grips with the new OS on the Nokia X7 and Nokia E6 too. Want to know how we've been getting on? Our Nokia X7 and Symbian Anna hands-on review is a good place to start.

QWERTY heritage

And still with Symbian Anna, we've been tracing the ancestry of the QWERTY-packing Nokia E6, and delving deeper into the rich heritage it has inherited from the likes of the Nokia E71 and Nokia E72, plus we've wrapped up all our Nokia E6 reviews together in an all-in-one review roundup for your convenience.

The Nokia N8 and Gulp

We all know the Nokia N8 has a great camera, but a group of creative animators have showcased its abilities in a whole new way with Gulp, the world's largest stop-motion animated video. It was filmed using a trio of Nokia N8s attached to a crane and suspended over 11,000 square feet of Endine Beach in South Wales. And as you'd expect, the results speak for themselves.

And finally...

We ran a feature recently asking you about your secret second Nokia handset, but Nokia fan Richard Doman has taken things to a whole new level with his collection of upwards of 50 Nokia handsets. MyNokiaBlog has a pic of Richard's full collection.
