As usual we've covered a wide range of topics here at NokNok over the past week, but unsurprisingly there's one subject matter that's stood head and shoulders above all others in the last seven days – Symbian Anna. 

That's right, the Symbian Anna update is finally here – bang on schedule too – and the Nokia faithful across the globe are updating their Symbian^3 phones as we speak.

Nokia did a good job of ratcheting up the anticipation factor in the days leading up to Symbian Anna's release, dishing up tantalising video clips of all four of its flagship Symbian devices with Symbian Anna running on board. And judging by the response, it was certainly worth the effort.

    However, we want to apologize to Symbian smartphone users. A power failure where a number of our servers were located caused download issues for some users. Please bear with us, we promise that you will be able to download Symbian Anna again soon.

    Symbian Anna software can be downloaded through Nokia Ovi Suite and over-the-air. If your device is set to check for software updates automatically, you will receive a notification when the SW is available for you. To turn this on just go to Menu > Applications > SW Update > Settings > Auto check for updates.

    In line with this, we suggest that you visit our website for new updates for Symbian Anna.
