A change is as good as a break, or so they say, and changing the wallpaper on your Nokia E6 is one of the quickest and easiest ways to give it a fresh new look. Here we show you how to go about it.

The Nokia E6 is a powerful business smartphone that runs the latest Symbian Anna operating system and comes jam-packed full of powerful business features and plenty more besides.

Business phone or not, however, it's still nice to give your phone a personal touch, and one of the best ways of doing that is by changing your wallpaper from the default preset image to something of your own choosing. And with the Nokia E6 featuring a fourth homescreen compared to the three of all the other Symbian Anna handsets, it would almost be a crime not to.

It takes next to no time to get the job done, too. Start by making sure you're on the homescreen whose background you want to change, as the wallpaper you select will only be applied to that specific screen. Press Options, and then Change wallpaper from the menu that pops up.

You'll see two choices here: Default and Image. As the name suggests, the default wallpaper is the standard image associated with the theme you're using, which unless you've already changed it will be the standard Symbian Anna theme your phone shipped with.

The option we're interested in is the second one, Image, so select this, and you'll be taken straight to your phone's image gallery. Navigate to the image you want to set as your wallpaper, tap its image on the screen, and your Nokia E6 will do the rest, replacing your wallpaper with the image you've selected.

And that's that – if you're not happy, simply repeat the process and select another image, or choose Default to restore the standard background you started off with.
