The Nokia X7 is one of a very small handful of Nokia handsets to feature a 4-inch screen, and it has a few more tricks up its sleeve too. Here we show you where to look for the best Nokia X7 deals around.

Check out our Nokia X7 review roundup

We're currently excited about the trio of new Symbian Belle handsets that everyone's talking about, but it's not that long ago that we were talking with the same enthusiasm about the Nokia E6 and the Nokia X7, and the exciting new Symbian Anna operating system they were showing to us for the first time.

And it's appropriate that we mention Symbian Belle, as it'll be landing on the Nokia X7 via an update in the months to come, which means you'll be able to enjoy great features like the resizeable widgets, new-look status bar and of course the full set of six homescreens all on a device already notable for its large high-quality display.

In other words the Nokia X7 might be worth thinking about as your next Nokia smartphone, so let's check out the deals available.

Make your way over to online retailer Mobile Phones Direct and you'll find a number of Nokia X7 deals available over Vodafone and T-Mobile. Your most affordable deal that offers a free phone will set you back £25.53 over 24 months from T-Mobile. For that you get 600 anytime, any network minutes a month plus a choice of either unlimited texts, or 500 texts a month and “unlimited” internet (we'd refer to T-Mobile's fair use policy for clarity on what that means).

Alternatively, you could splash out an extra 47p a month for Vodafone's base £26-per-month contract, which will see you getting 300 minutes of calls, unlimited texts and 500MB of data to play with every month.

As is always the case, if you're willing to up your monthly line rental fee, you'll invariably get greater call and data bundles – as we've already seen, unlimited texts become part of the deal at pretty low cost these days – while similar or identical deals can normally be found over a shorter 18-month duration for an extra £5 a month.

Your other option for getting yourself a brand new Nokia X7 is to head directly to Three, where the light grey variant of the X Series powerhouse (as opposed to the dark grey version available everywhere else) is available exclusively on the network's The One Plan.

On a strict cost basis the £35 monthly fee isn't as cheap as the deals mentioned above, but you more than get your money's worth: 2,000 anytime minutes and 5,000 texts every month should be more than enough for anyone, but it's the genuinely unlimited mobile data that's the real drawcard of this deal, meaning you can enjoy everything the Nokia X7 has to offer without fear of having your data allocation curtailed at some point.

Whether you go for light grey or dark grey, and whatever monthly terms you're looking for, the Nokia X7 remains an interesting proposition for anyone looking for a big-screened smartphone with strong all-round abilities.
