The v25.007 firmware update for Nokia Symbian Anna phones has been rolled out and is available to download for handsets such as the Nokia N8, Nokia C7, Nokia X7 and Nokia C6-01, among others. Easily downloaded in a compact 1MB file, it brings a range of tweaks and fixes to your Nokia smartphone and is well worth installing.

Before you download and install firmware v25.007 on your Nokia Symbian Anna handset, it’s worth checking to see which firmware version you are currently running. Just open your Nokia phone’s keypad as if you were going to make a call and type *#0000# to instantly show your Software Version onscreen.

To upgrade to firmware v25.007, all you need to do is press the Options button at the bottom of your screen and select Check for Updates. Your Nokia Symbian Anna smartphone will then locate and download the update for you. If you do not see the update for any reason, then try updating your handset via Nokia Suite.
