Soon we’ll be seeing for ourselves just how great the fusion of Nokia’s hardware and the fantastic Windows Phone 7.5 OS is, so to get us in mood, we’ve put together a list of the top 10 features we can’t wait to try on our new Nokia Windows Phones.

Social networking
Integrating access to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn directly into the OS, Windows Phone 7.5 makes social networking easier than ever. Letting you quickly keep in contact with your friends and share photos for everyone to see, we can’t wait to start networking on our new Nokia Windows Phones.

Easy photography
With its great camera interface and easy-to-use photography features Windows Phone 7.5 is the ideal OS for capturing your memories. Since Nokia has set the standard for all other camera-phones, with handsets such as the world-beating Nokia N8, we’re really excited to test out the cameras on the new Nokia Windows Phones.

Video sharing
As well as letting you enjoy high-quality photography on your Nokia Windows Phone, Windows Phone 7.5 also makes it just as easy to record videos and share them with your friends. The fantastic Video Sharing feature lets you record a new video and then instantly upload it to Facebook or SkyDrive for the world to see, or even email it directly to a contact with a few easy clicks.

Local Scout
Making it easy to find entertaining things to do, wherever you go, Windows Phone 7.5’s Local Scout feature is the perfect tool for having fun and exploring new places with your Nokia Windows Phone. We’re already huge fans of Local Scout and so we’re really looking forward to seeing it in action on the latest Nokia hardware.

Bing Music
Windows Phone 7.5 brings together a huge range of tools for music lovers to buy, share and enjoy songs on their Nokia Windows Phone, making it the perfect smartphone OS for enjoying your tunes on the move. And with Bing Music letting you instantly identify and buy any song that you hear on your travels, we’re already huge fans of Windows Phone’s great music features.

Microsoft Office
For many a year we’ve had to muddle through with typing out basic word processing files on our smartphones, but Windows Phone 7.5 gives you full Microsoft Office functionality on your smartphone. Putting the power of Word, Excel and PowerPoint in your hands, we can’t wait to try out Office for ourselves on the new Nokia Windows Phones.

Groups and Threads
With its fantastic Groups and Threads features, Windows Phone 7.5 lets you communicate faster, easier and more often with your Nokia Windows Phone. Understanding the complexity and range of ways we communicate with our friends and family and then putting them all within easy reach, we're looking forward to using our Nokia Windows Phones to get better connected.

Games
Offering access to a wide range of high-quality Xbox LIVE games, Windows Phone 7.5 lets you enjoy all the action on your Nokia Windows Phone. Whether you’re a fan of racing games, role-playing games or anything in between, you can easily get connect to the Windows Phone Marketplace and browse and download the many great games on offer. Making our daily commutes far more enjoyable, we’re keen to get gaming with our new Nokia Windows Phones.

Web browsing
Packing all the power of Internet Explorer Mobile 9, Windows Phone 7.5 is the best OS we’ve ever used for browsing the internet on our smartphones. With its fast, intuitive and clutter-free interface, Internet Explorer Mobile is perfect for getting faster access to the sites you want to read and enjoying them in all their glory, so we can’t wait to see how our favourite websites look on the latest high-quality Nokia screens.

Windows Phone itself
But the feature we’re most looking forward to trying on the new Nokia Windows Phones is the fantastic Windows Phone 7.5 software itself. With its accessible and fully customisable live tile-based interface, Windows Phone 7.5 is as great to use, as it is beautiful to look at, and offers a level of style and usability that makes rival smartphone operating systems look dated and tired, so it's sure to be winner when paired with the latest stunning Nokia hardware.

Within the next few hours we’ll finally be able to see the fruits of Nokia and Microsoft’s hard work, as the new Nokia Windows Phones are launched at Nokia World 2011 and bring together the best in cutting-edge smartphone hardware and software; the wait is finally over and we can’t wait to see the results. We'll be bringing you all the news and hands-on reviews that matter live from Nokia World 2011 in London over the next two days, so stay tuned.
