Nokia Lumia 800 Windows PhoneNokia has announced the Nokia Lumia 800 – the first Nokia Windows Phone - at Nokia World 2011 in London. The eye-catching Nokia Lumia 800 packs a 3.7-inch AMOLED ClearBlack curved display, 1.4GHz processor, Carl Zeiss optics and comes in a choice of three colours.

After much anticipation, the Nokia Lumia 800 is the first Nokia Windows Phone and packs the power and usability of Windows Phone 7.5 into a bright and stylish handset. Taking design cues from the Nokia N9, the Lumia 800 features a stylish, eye-catching look and is available in a choice of cyan, magenta and black.

With its bright 3.7-inch AMOLED ClearBlack curved display, the Nokia Lumia 800 shows the Windows Phone 7.5 OS off to great effect. Powered by a 1.4GHz processor with hardware acceleration and a built-in graphics processor, the Lumia 800 should provide plenty of power and from what we’ve seen so far it runs Windows Phone with pleasing speed and fluidity.

Helping you to capture great pictures and video, the Nokia Lumia 800 also features Carl Zeiss optics and high-definition video playback. And when you want to store and share your memories, it includes 16GB of internal memory and you get 25GB of free SkyDrive online storage for uploading your files to the cloud.

The Nokia Lumia 800 will be on sale within the next few weeks and will cost around 420 Euros, excluding tax.
