The Nokia Asha 200 may be the entry-level Series 40 feature phone announced at Nokia World 2011 but that doesn't stop it having some incredible features and a feel that is solid to the touch. Read on for our Nokia Asha 200 hands-on preview.
The Nokia Asha 200 is, we think, the first QWERTY smartphone to be launched by the company to also come with dual-SIM functionality (if you know of another one drop us a line). The fact it also comes with Easy Swap, so you can switch between SIM cards without having to turn the device on and off again makes it ideal for use on the move.

The Nokia Asha 200 is built around a 2.4-inch touchscreen display, which is great for launching apps or just navigating your way around the Series 40 OS. However, the real deal is with the QWERTY keyboard, which makes messaging and staying in touch so easy.
We found the keys on the Nokia Asha 200 to be responsive and with plenty of space around each one, even the most unsure of typists will soon gather a fair turn of speed. For the social media users out there, you'll find that access to your favourite tools can be dropped straight on the homescreen and with a neat 2-megapixel camera on the back, you can take snaps and upload them with ease.
If you're curious about how the dual-SIM functions work on the Nokia Asha 200 then it's all down to the SIM manager, which allows for up to five separate accounts to be held on the phone, giving each user, and SIM card, it's own personalised feel.
We were told you'll get up to seven hours of talk-time from the Nokia Asha 200 and with up to 36 days of standby mode you won't need to worry about charging when out and about.
The Nokia Asha 200 is a great little handset, especially when you consider that it will costs around 60 Euros, before taxes, when it launches at the start of 2012. We only got to pay with it for a short time on the floor at Nokia World 2011 but we were impressed with what was on offer.
What do you think, is the Nokia Asha 200 a great looking and versatile phone, is it the dual-SIM QWERTY you've been waiting for? Let us know in the Comments below.
