WRC Live v1.5 is the latest version of the app that allows you to follow the goings on with this year's WRC Rally championship. You can follow the progress of your favourite teams and drivers live on the built-in map. What's more, it keeps you up to date with the results of each stage, as well as giving you the latest news and access to exclusive videos and features to feed your passion for rally.

We found it a quick and easy install from the Nokia Store and the fact it's free , and developed by Nokia, means it works pretty seamlessly. Once installed we found that it loaded quickly and the main score is nicely intuitive. You'll find the scrolling news and discussion panel at the top of the page and then directories to Rallies & Results, Drivers & Teams, Media and More.
What's more, down in the left-hand corner of WRC Live v1.5 you'll find out which rally is coming up next, tap on it and you'll be carried to the specific page with all the facts and figures you need on that particular stage. It gives us all the news about the stage too, as well as a separate tag ready to give you all the results as they happen.
Once you've had you fill you can return to the main page by pressing the home icon top-corner left. Drilling down into the specific options you'll find that Rallies & Results does exactly what it says on the tin, giving you access to the top scores both for drivers and for teams taking part. The layout is simple and works only in Landscape mode, but with so many facts and figures going on, this is no bad thing.
Drivers & Teams gives you a blow-by-blow account of both, allowing you to find out more about who is racing this year. You'll find all the drivers are on offer, simply tap on their image and you're into a world of facts and figures, the same with the teams.
We think that Nokia has done a great job putting this app together, as WRC Live v1.5 loads pretty quickly and works to deliver what you need when you want it. For example, tap the Media and you'll find yourself offering up a host of videos exclusive, such as in-car racing scenes, so you can really get the feel for this year's rally championship.
Casual fans won't really be interested in what WRC Live v1.5 has to offer but if you've been following the championship and keen to stay on top of it, this has to be one of the best resources out there, making it an essential app.
