Nokia Lumia 800 Windows Phone monthly contract dealsNow that the Nokia Lumia 800 in on sale and proving a big hit with the phone-buying public, we’ve been taking a look at how pricing compares to some of its best-known rivals. Today we’ve been checking out how prices stack up against the HTC Titan and finding out just how easy it is to grab yourself Nokia’s stunning new Windows Phone.

Orange
The first provider we checked out was Orange, who offers the Nokia Lumia 800 for a fantastic £26 per month on a 24-month contract. As well as getting the handset for free, you also get 400 minutes of calls, unlimited texts and 250MB of data per month, costing you £624 over the life of the contract.

In comparison, Orange is offering the HTC Titan for the same £26 per month price, again on a 24-month contract. However, while you get the handset for free, along with 500 minutes of calls and unlimited texts, there is no monthly download allowance included, so any web usage would cost you extra.

Vodafone
Next we stopped over at Vodafone, where we found the Nokia Lumia 800 again available for £26 per month on a 24-month contract. This gets you the handset for free, as well as 100 minutes of calls, 500 texts and 250MB of data each month and again will cost you just £624 over the full term of the contract.

In contrast, Vodafone is offering the HTC Titan for £31 per month, on the same 24-month contract. The handset is included for free and you get 600 minutes of calls, unlimited texts and 500MB of data per month. In total this will cost you £744 over the life of the contract - £120 more than the Lumia 800

T-Mobile
But it is T-Mobile that is offering the best deals of all, as the Nokia Lumia 800 can be picked up for just £25.54 per month on a short 18-month contract. This not only gets you the handset for free, but also 300 minutes of calls, 300 texts and 500MB of data, costing you just £459.72 over the life of the contract.

The HTC Titan instead costs £30.64 from T-Mobile, for the same 18-month contract period. Again you get the handset for free, as well as 600 minutes of calls, 500 texts and 500MB of data per month and over the life of the contract it will cost you £551.52 – almost £100 more than the Lumia 800 costs.

With the Nokia Lumia 800 offering far better prices than the HTC Titan, not to mention its superior screen, battery life and apps, among others, it’s pretty clear which is the best Windows Phone. And with handsets on sale now, there’s nothing stopping you picking up this great Nokia phone today.
