To set up a LinkedIn account on the Nokia Lumia 800, first you need to open the Windows Phone Settings app. You can do this by either swiping to the left on the main Windows Phone Start screen, or by tapping the right-facing arrow at the top right of the screen, and then scrolling down to select Settings.

On the main System Settings page you’ll see an option near the bottom of the screen labelled Email+Accounts, so tap on this to open the page and then select Add an Account. However, as with Twitter, before you set up your LinkedIn account, you’ll need to add a Windows Live account to your phone.

The Windows Live option can be found at the top of the screen, so tap on it and then follow the onscreen prompts to enter the details of your Windows Live account, or to set up a new account. Once your Windows Live account is set up on the Nokia Lumia 800, you can then set up your LinkedIn account.

If you return to the main Email+Accounts page, you will see the list of all the default account types that you can set up, so scroll down and tap on LinkedIn. You will then be told that you need to connect your LinkedIn account with your Windows Live account, so tap the Connect button at the bottom of the screen.

Once LinkedIn is connected to your Windows Live account, you can then enter your LinkedIn account details and tap the button labelled 'Ok, I’ll Allow It', to connect to your LinkedIn account and finish setting it up on your Nokia Windows Phone. With that done, you can then start networking straight away.

With its great social networking features and easy to use interface, the Nokia Lumia 800 is one of the best smartphones you can buy for networking on the move. And thanks to the fantastic Windows Phone 7.5 OS, it’s never been so simple to stay connected to your friends, family and colleagues, wherever you go.
