Nokia Play To app for Nokia BelleAfter months of using the Nokia Play To app in its Beta version from Nokia Beta Labs, the full release is now available for Symbian Belle – or Nokia Belle – handsets such as the Nokia 700, Nokia N8 and Nokia E7 and lets you wirelessly stream content from your phone to a DLNA compatible TV.

Try Nokia Play To 10.02(6) app from Nokia Beta Labs

Offered for free at the Nokia Store, Nokia Play To is a deceptively small 0.65MB app that is packed with features. Once installed on your Nokia Belle smartphone, you can then easily connect to your DLNA equipped TV or games console and stream your photos and videos straight to the big screen.

Not only that, but Nokia Play To can even connect to your DLNA compatible stereo, so that you can play your favourite songs through your main home speaker system and enjoy the best sound possible. We’ve been using it most days in the NokNok office and the app is certainly a favourite around here right now.

With its clean, streamlined interface and incredibly simple to use controls, getting connected and streaming your content is quick and easy. All you have to do launch the app, choose which device you want to wirelessly connect to and then select which media you want to play. It really is that simple!

We’re a little staggered that Nokia has chosen to offer this app for free, but we’re certainly not complaining! This great app is one of the best ways to share your memories and music with your friends and has long been a mainstay of our Nokia smartphones, so we’re very pleased it’s now officially available.

You can download the Nokia Play To app free from the Nokia Store, so why not try it out on your Nokia Belle smartphone today and let us know what you think in the Comments below?
