The Nokia 700 is one of Nokia’s most impressive phones to date. It’s a nice, slim phone with a wealth of features, the most important of which is the new Nokia Belle interface.

Thanks to Nokia Belle, Nokia handset owners have access to the sort of customisation options and tools previously unheard of on a Nokia. Every task, from changing the wallpaper to creating shortcuts is made easier. Here’s how to do the former.

How to change your wallpaper on your Nokia 700

Changing the wallpaper can be done in as few as three taps of the display. To begin place a finger on any one of the homescreens. You will now be given the option to add a widget, shortcut or change wallpaper. Tap on Change wallpaper.

You will now see a screen giving you two options, default and image. Selecting default will revert to the default black screen, so instead, tap on image.

A photo gallery will now appear featuring all the images on your Nokia 700, including any you’ve taken using the Nokia 700’s 5-megapixel camera. Tap on any one of these images to set them as the homescreen image. Easy.
