Nokia’s announcement of the Nokia 301 should come as some relief for all those looking for a capable camera phone at well under £100. This stylish feature phone offers decent photography in a compact feature phone form factor.
Running on Nokia’s classic light-weight Series 40 OS, the Nokia 301 is perfect for those who simply don’t get on with touchscreen interfaces, but want a solid internet experience and crisp photos.
It’s a beautifully slight piece of kit, the Nokia 301, at just 114 x 50 x 12.5 mm and 120g. It also has a crisp 2.4-inch 240 x 320 display.
The highlight, we reckon, is the Nokia 301’s 3.2-megapixel camera, which is supported by a suite of powerful photographic software, including a burst mode and a panoramic mode.
