The Nokia Lumia 520 is the entry-level member of the Window Phone 8 family and is based around a 4-inch touchscreen display and comes with a 1GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

By contrast, the Nokia Lumia 625 sports a larger 4.7-inch touchscreen display and is powered by a slightly more powerful 1.2GHz dual-core processor but also comes with 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

Both the Nokia Lumia 520 and Nokia Lumia 625 sports a 5-Megapixel camera but the Nokia Lumia 625 has the added advantage of an LED-Flash, as well as support for recording video at 1080p.
